George Schulmann, president of Motorcar Colors, has owned Motorcar Colors since 1998. His first entrepreneurial enterprise was at the age of 24. George has been chairman of BASF ColorSource for 6 years.

Michelle Schulmann, treasurer and chief business analyst of Motorcar Colors, is a graduate of Rutgers University in Computer Science. Michelle was a system analyst for Travelers and has been with Motorcar Colors since 1999.

Dawn Castrati, accounts payable, worked for CSC as help desk and IT Coordinator for 6 years. Dawn left the work force to raise her family and has been with Motorcar Colors for 2 years in a flex hour position.

Jim Starkey, Sales manager of Motorcar Colors, has been with Motorcar Colors since 1984. Jim has 39 years experience in the automotive finishing field.

Howard Crowley has been operations manager of Motorcar Colors since 2001. Howard has 9 years of outside sales experience. Prior to joining Motorcar Colors, Howard managed an automotive warehouse for over 18 years.

Sherry DuBois, sales associate, has been with Motorcar Colors since 2004. Before joining our staff Sherry worked in Customer Service for 6 years.

Howard “Hojo” Crowley Jr., sales associate, previously worked in the medical field for 10 years. Hojo managed the Deptford location for almost 2 years and has been with Motorcar Colors since 2006.

Debbie Watson, sales associate, is a Penn State University graduate. Deborah has over 10 years Customer Service experience and has been a member of the Motorcar Colors team since 2006.

Debbie Blackwell, BDS & sales, has been a part of our sales force since 2003. Prior to joining our team Debbie worked in sales for 4 years and customer service for 6 years. Debbie also has a degree in Computer Art and Design.

Rob Allen, BDS, sales and TSS has been a member of our Sales Department since 2008. Rob was a painter for over 16 years and a body shop manager for 4 years.

Randy Morrison, is a graduate of Temple University - Business Administration / Accounting. Randy worked for Fidelity bank, Federal Reserve bank, Mobil Oil Corporation and was  President, R E Morrison Co., Inc. a Pennsylvania  BASF paint distributor.

Bill Steward, WH manager, has been with Motorcar Colors for 25 years.
